The house
Since 2009
Started as a tin-roofed stall behind the Ason vegetable market, run by two sisters who refused to skip a single spice grind.
Fifteen years later the stove is bigger, the queue is longer, but the achar is still ground on the same stone mortar Didi brought from Bhaktapur.

What people say
“The sukuti sekuwa tastes exactly like my grandmother's — smoky, honest, no MSG shortcuts.”
— Bishwas T., regular since 2014

Seating
28 covers, low wooden benches, and a corner table that seats the whole family — reserve it early on Saturdays.
No shortcuts, ever
Every achar is hand-ground. Every momo is hand-folded. We turn away catering orders bigger than our kitchen can fold by hand in a day.
